Questions grown-ups ask
How long does it take?
Usually within 7 days of you sending the idea. Add express delivery and we'll have it to you within 48 hours.
Do you need photos of my child?
No. We draw your child from a short description (hair, glasses, favourite clothes). We never need or ask for photos of children.
Who can see the video?
Only people you share the private link with. Stories are never listed or searchable, and we only show one on our site if you say yes.
What if my child's idea is a bit chaotic?
That's the best kind. We'll shape it into a story with a beginning, a middle and a happy ending, and keep the funny bits.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Every story includes one round of small changes, like a name, a colour or a line of narration.
Can we download it?
Yes. You can watch it online or download it to keep, and play it on a TV, tablet or phone.
