Questions from parks
Do families need signal on the trail?
No. The story downloads before they set off, and plaque taps work offline. Location unlocking uses GPS, which doesn't need data.
What if a plaque goes missing?
Studio shows when each plaque was last scanned, so quiet ones stand out. Mark it missing and the stop switches to unlocking by walking until it's replaced.
Can the story fit our site and brand?
Yes. Stories can use your landmarks, wildlife and history, and the trail page carries your name and facilities.
Who looks after the trail once it's open?
Your team, in Studio, with as many staff accounts as you need and roles that limit who can publish. We're on hand for anything bigger.
Is it suitable for buggies and wheelchairs?
That depends on your paths. Each trail page lists terrain, step-free access and facilities so families can plan.
